Samsung sold 10 million Star S5230 phones

Today, Samsung announced that the Star S5230 has become its sixth phone to be sold in more than 10 million units – after the Samsung T-100, Samsung E700, Samsung D500, Samsung J700 and Samsung E250.

The Star S5230 passed the 10 million mark after six months since its release (May), thus becoming the fastest-selling Samsung phone ever.

App Store Hits 100K in 481 Days

481 days. That’s how long it took the App Store to go from opening its virtual doors with 500 applications on July 11, 2008 to a catalog of more than 100,000 applications downloaded more than 2 billion times.

Rumor: Gran Turismo 5 to feature track editor

The site E4G reports that Gran Turismo 5 will include a very exciting option: The ability to create your own tracks or edit the existing tracks. Eurogamer checked in with Sony to confirm this new feature, and, while Sony refused to confirm the news, the company also refused to deny it, in a carefully worded statement that makes the news suddenly seem more plausible: “We haven’t confirmed this and aren’t offering any other comment at this time,” Sony told Eurogamer.

Motorola Milestone Available in Germany and Italy Soon

NEC NP610 Entry-Level Projector Announced

NEC have announced a new projector named the NEC NP610. It falls in to the entry-level category but has a fairly bright projection of 3500 lumens making it work well in conference halls and class rooms.

For connectivity it supports DVI-I, VGA, 3 audio inputs and variable audio out.
